The privacy of each customer will be treated with the deepest respect. We do not trade, rent, or sell your email address and other personal information to another third party. We will send offers via email to inform you of new products or promotions. If you prefer not to receive these offers, please let us know by email.

In respecting your privacy, Lawrenzo Luxury Linens uses secure server technology during signup and order handling. Payment transactions are provided by PayPal, the most respected and trustworthy online payment processing vendor.

Terms of Sale

Lawrenzo Luxury Linens accepts major credit cards and bank drafts payable to Lawrenzo Luxury Linens.

Custom Orders

Our bed linens are custom made. We work with customers who require specific colors and measurement(s) not listed on the website. A down payment of 50% of the total order is required when an order is placed. Fabric swatches are available for a shipping cost of $7.00. All swatches must be returned within 30 business days by the customer. If the swatches are not returned within the time set forth, there will be a charge of $25.00.

We are unable to accept returns on custom orders unless the product is defective from the manufacturers.

Returns must be received within 30 business days of receipt. If the return is later than 30 business days, a store credit will be issued. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Clients may place orders over the phone and/or via email. Cancellations or changes to orders must be made within 48 hours of placement.

When the order is complete and ready for shipment, the remaining balance will be applied to the customer's credit card. For customers purchasing merchandise via bank draft, we will notify you when the shipment is ready, and the balance will be due before shipment to you. We will work with you closely to ensure you are ordering the product that fits your needs. Our goal is to provide our customers with the most outstanding customer service.

Return Policy

Linens purchased from in-stock items are returnable and refundable. Return items must be postmarked within 30 business days from receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and same condition as they were received. Refunds will be reissued minus shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided with each order for your convenience.

Nonreturnable Items

Includes special sales on samples or discontinued items. These items are final sales.

Trade Pricing

Lawrenzo Luxury Linens also sell to the trade. Contact us for the trade pricing and please provide your federal tax ID number. You will receive an email confirmation and a minimum requirement.
